Order Processing

All orders run a 1 to 3 business days processing time. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.

Please note that during sales, promotions and the holiday season orders are processed on a 3 to 5 day schedule.

Once your order is processed you will receive an email notification that your hair has been shipped.

SHIPPING

We primarily use USPS Priority Mail on orders placed within the United States and charge a varying rate based on the shipping destination on all orders.

Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays. We encourage our customers to allow ample time for delivery due to unplanned delays such as inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or courier delays.

Abandoned and refused packages will not be refunded. Please note that packages returned to sender will result in additional shipping charges. Also note, that it is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly.

For our International customers, FedEx International Economy offers an approximate 3-5 business day delivery to most international addresses where the service is available. Please note that Saturday/Sunday delivery is not available with this shipping option. FedEx International Economy will not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

We also use USPS Priority Mail Express for international shipments and charge a varying rate based on the shipping destination on all orders. Orders shipped outside of the U.S. will be subject to customs fees or duties. These fees are not included in the price of goods you purchase from our website and are not included in the cost associated with shipping and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Your package will be subject to holding and potentially being returned to the sender if fees are not paid for its release. Please consult with your local customs agency for more information prior to ordering.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require an electronic receipt or other proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 7 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. All other exchange requests will not be honored.


Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned hair.
