We’re committed to uncompromised hair quality and we promise to continue to invest in our passion by delivering luxurious, long-lasting hair to women, like us, who want to look and feel our best.
Virgin hair is human hair that is unprocessed and unaltered. It has not been dyed, permed, bleached, or treated with any chemicals. All Harlem Hair Company hair is virgin hair.
We recommend at least two bundles for lengths under 18″ and three or more bundles for lengths 18” and above to achieve maximum fullness.
You can shampoo and condition regularly with a high-quality sulfate-free shampoo. Also consider using a moisturizing conditioner to add moisture. You can also utilize a heat protectant when applying heat styling tools, and remember to sleep on a satin pillowcase (or in a satin cap) to reduce breakage, tangles, and thinning.
Of course, always consult with your hair stylist before installation.
Harlem Hair Company extensions are currently offered in natural shades of dark brown to jet black. To fit your desired looks, yes our hair extensions can be dyed. We recommend you consult a professional hair stylist to color your hair extension.
At this time we do not offer hair samples for sale.
We do not offer a wholesale program at this time.

Standard shipping is free on orders of $150 or more. For orders less than $150, shipping costs vary between $5 to $30 or more for overnight shipping.
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days during regular seasons, and in 3 to 5 business days during sale and holiday time frames. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification that it has been shipped. You may track your order directly through our shipping carriers or through our track your order portal for an approximate arrival date.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require an electronic receipt or other proof of purchase.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. All other exchange requests will not be honored.
All sale items are final.
